The user can also choose to provide a display name and/or add a profile picture that will be used to represent them in conversations.

Transaction Information: Customers that choose to purchase a paid version of the Products and Services provided at https://ifacsmartcenter.com  (and our payment processors) with billing details such as credit/debit card information, billing email, banking information, location at the time of transaction and/or a billing address. When you make a purchase or subscription on https://ifacsmartcenter.com , a partner website with integrated E-Commerce capabilities (Adumo Payment Processing Service) securely collects and stores your credit/debit card information.

Usage Information: When you as a user interact with www.iyalago.com or https://ifacsmartcenter.com , our products and/or our services, we collect metadata to provide additional context about the way the website, product and/or service is being used. These usage data may include your geographical location, IP address, operating system, browser type and version, referral source, length of visit, page views and website navigation paths, as well as information about the timing, frequency, and pattern of your service use. The source of the usage data is our server software and our analytics tracking system.

 

We also receive your email address from other Service users when they provide it in order to invite you to the Services. Similarly, an administrator may provide your contact information when they designate you as the billing or technical contact on your company's site account.

Information you provide using the Microsoft Application features and functionality: During integration with the Microsoft Applications, Iyalago Food Assurance Consultants CC retains the following information:

 

  • Responses  from Forms
  • Access keys
  • Event IDs

 

At the end of an event, we request statistics on users who have attended the event.

When the integration with the Microsoft Apps is disabled, Iyalago Food Assurance Consultants CC does not delete the event attendance statistics (except access keys and event identifiers) that is associated with users in Iyalago Food Assurance Consultants CC Web Services and could have been modified by Iyalago Food Assurance Consultants CC system administrator. Iyalago Food Assurance Consultants CC retains these statistics to ensure the integrity of Your account within Iyalago Food Assurance Consultants CC Web Services. You can delete these data using Iyalago Food Assurance Consultants CC web services administrator panel.

 

Iyalago Food Assurance Consultants CC Web Services do not require an email address for registration for a webinar when You use the Teams Webinar / Meeting App. For Your convenience, Iyalago Food Assurance Consultants CC transmits a special pre-generated email address to the Teams Webinar / Meeting App when you register for an event, which acts as a substitute for your real email address. Thus, connecting the integration through Iyalago Food Assurance Consultants CC Web Services does not require Your (or end users’) email addresses, and IFAC Smart Center also does not transfer Your email addresses to third parties.

  • access or retain information stored as part of your account;
  • install or uninstall third-party apps or other integrations.

  • restrict, suspend or terminate your account access;
  • change the email address associated with your account;
  • change your information, including profile information;
  • restrict your ability to edit, restrict, modify, or delete information.
  • The administrator of the account in web-based services will assert administrative control over your account and use of the online services.
  • You will be able to change the email address associated with your account only upon the administrator’s approval.

9. CHILDREN’S INFORMATION (SECURITY)
